Evening Operations Support Agent (20h/wk)

FedEx in Swindon is seeking an Operations Support Agent to work 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 16:00–20:00) on a maternity-cover basis. You will handle customer calls regarding collections and deliveries and input data into our tracking system.

You will prioritise and re-allocate failed deliveries, coordinate with depot teams, and ensure compliance with FedEx procedures while delivering high-quality customer service. Training and a competitive salary and benefits package are provided.
