Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and backstage processes that keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll contribute to ensuring the shop floor stays well-stocked, clean and ready for customers, and flex across store areas to meet busy periods.
You’ll work with digital tools to track deliveries and stock, be a strong team player across departments, and adapt to early morning and late stock moves as required.
