Warehouse Operative

As a night-shift/day-shiftWarehouse Operative ,you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sortation and scanning of parcels into cages/collars.

This is a greatTemp to Perm opportunity after a successful 12 weeks of service, with competitive rates of pay from £12.71 per hour.

The operation is open 7 days a week, and we can accommodate any days of work that suit you. You can choose to work part-time or full-time; the choice is yours. This role is physically demanding

A Day shift Warehouse Operative rate of pay is as follows:

• £12.71 per hour, 12.79 after 12 weeks' service
• Shifts usually start between 11:00 and 16:00

Your duties as aDay shift Warehouse Operative will include:

• Unloading parcels from a trailer
• Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt
• Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight
• Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Ensure scanning with the use of the handheld terminal is completed accurately
• Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
