The Reporting and Insights Analyst role reports to the Head of Data and Insight and focuses on delivering regular reports, dashboards and insights using Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau.
You will work with sales and operations teams to prioritise reporting needs, ensure data quality and GDPR compliance, and help transition clients to real-time data-driven decision making.
