Customer Service Advisor - Glasgow City Centre

£24,500 per annum | Permanent position
Start date: 7 December 2026
Monday to Friday | 35 hours per week | Shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Hybrid working available after 6 months, subject to a successful competency assessment.

• Helping customers with their enquiries by phone and email.
• Taking ownership of queries and ensuring customers receive the support they need.
• Maintaining accurate records and customer information.
• Learning new systems, products and processes.
• Working alongside a supportive team committed to helping you succeed.
