We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Operative to join our team at the Bromborough site !

The successful candidate will be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and be a quick learner. This role involves manual handling duties, stock control, order preparation, and operating PPT trucks. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 07:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, prepare, and dispatch customer orders in line with company requirements.
Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
Complete dispatch documentation and stock records accurately.
Operate Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and in accordance with site procedures.
Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
Ensure products are stored, handled, and dispatched in line with quality and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Report any stock discrepancies, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.

Comply with Company Policies, Health & Safety, and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and deadlines are met.
Seek training and development opportunities to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practices.
Take responsibility for your own work while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrate flexibility and carry out any other reasonable duties required to support business needs.

What We're Looking For

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Previous warehouse or despatch experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
PPT experience is desirable; training can be provided.
