Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off / 6:00 -18:00 / 18:00 -6:00

We are looking for a Transport Clerk to join a dynamic teams within our warehouse.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Act as the first point of contact for driver queries, escalating issues to first line managers as required
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing in line with compliance and auditrequirements
• Support compliance with legal, corporate, and customer requirements for safety, service, and data integrity
• Escalate driver concerns, performance issues, or welfare matters to first line managers asappropriate
• Encourage compliance with site rules, safety standards, and operational procedures during shift interactions
• Dispatch and debrief drivers, ensuring all paperwork and system entries are completedaccurately and on time

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven administrative experience is required
• Experience working within a Transport Operation(Desirable)
• Excellent IT skills - All Microsoft packages
• Strongcommunication skills (verbal and written)
• Has previous experence in systems suchmicrolise, taco master ( Desirable)
• Attention to detail , and customer service
