Logistics Co-ordinator

About The Role

We are seeking two organised and proactive Logistics Coordinators to join our AMT team, with one permanent position and one 12-month fixed-term contract available.

You’ll work 12-hour day shifts on a four-on, four-off rota , supporting day-to-day logistics to keep goods moving and information accurate. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working closely with others, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and associated administration.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and transport partners to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Upload and update information accurately within D365.
• Process manifests received by email, using Excel tools to update and convert the data.
• Organise manifest files by month, category, supplier and vessel.
• Help resolve logistics queries and issues to support timely deliveries.

About You

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and quick to learn new systems.
• A clear communicator who works well with colleagues, suppliers and transport partners.
• Proactive in resolving queries and keeping work moving.
• Previous logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential.
