Impactful Learning Support Assistant — 14–16 Provision

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a permanent Learning Support Assistant for the Berkshire College of Agriculture 14–16 provision. The role is term-time only, 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Salary ranges £20,562.96 to £22,016.24 (G17–G19), with full-time equivalent £25,483–£27,284. This is a supportive educational environment focused on helping students access learning and achieve goals.
