CareTech is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to support recruitment, training and induction across the Northwest region. The role is home-based with travel in the North West and requires a full UK driving licence and transport.
You will deliver health and social care training ensuring staff are fully compliant with company and regulatory expectations, reporting to the Divisional Head of L&D and coordinating with the Curriculum Design Manager.
