Salary: £26,500 To provide administrative support to the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring quotations, contracts, customer records and commercial activities are managed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

Sales Support

Prepare and send customer quotations and proposals.
Create and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
Assist the sales team with pricing requests and supplier quotations.
Support Account Managers with customer reviews and contract renewals.
Monitor sales opportunities and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.

Customer Service

Act as a point of contact for customer queries.
Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Assist with scheduling customer meetings and account reviews.
Respond to customer emails and ensure enquiries are managed effectively.

Administration

Maintain accurate customer records and contracts.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Assist with contract documentation where required.
Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
Provide general administrative support to the wider Commercial team.
