Nightshift Store Leader - Replenishment & Ops

Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team in our Plymouth store. You will drive replenishment, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked ahead of the morning rush.

You will also be responsible for safety and wellbeing during the night shift and for maintaining high service standards. The role requires line management experience, KPI-driven performance, and the ability to operate independently during night hours.
