HR Advisor – Grievance & Investigations (Temp)

Essential Employment is seeking an HR Officer for a temporary, full‑time role in Dorchester. You will manage grievance cases from initial concern through to resolution and support investigations into employee relations matters with thoroughness and impartiality.

You will provide HR guidance to managers on workplace disputes, assist with formal grievance meetings and appeals, and liaise with staff, unions, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and management information on grievance
