Experienced HR Advisor (Fully Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the UK full time)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 & Benefits including performance related bonus pay (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

You must have experience of advising businesses (internally or externally) on all aspects of HR and be confident in providing advice to a range of businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a confident HR professional with strong experience who can independently advise employers and manage workplace investigations from start to finish.

You will play a key role in supporting a variety of businesses with day-to-day HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert HR advice to employers on a wide range of matters
• Managing and conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence investigations end-to-end
• Drafting investigation reports, outcome letters, and HR documentation
• Advising on performance management, capability, and misconduct issues
• Supporting employers with complex and sensitive workplace situations
• Ensuring HR practices are compliant with current UK employment law
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong background in workplace investigations
• Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
