Carer Support Officer - Empower Unpaid Carers (Hybrid)

Involve Kent is seeking a Carer Support Officer to identify, support and empower unpaid carers across East Kent. You will help people access information, support, assessments and community resources to sustain their caring role.

Based from Involve offices with hybrid work, you will undertake statutory Carer’s Assessments for Kent County Council, drive a vehicle for community/home visits, and undergo an Enhanced DBS check. We promote inclusive recruitment and welcome diverse applicants.
