Access & Wellbeing Support Officer (Hybrid)

Involve Kent in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated Single Point of Access Support Officer to be the first contact for carers, families and professionals, helping people navigate support and access the right help at the right time.

Through calls, emails and online referrals, you will undertake wellbeing conversations, provide information, advice and guidance, identify emerging risks and connect people to services that improve wellbeing and quality of life. 37.5 hours pw, enhanced DBS check required.
