Carry out all aspects of landscaping work as instructed
Extensive hard landscaping and groundworks knowledge is essential
Provide high quality service in the time allowed with a good end product
Carry out works in accordance with the company handbook and procedures
Friendly and personable attitude to clients when working on their property
Smart appearance, wear correct PPE and company provided workwear
Polite and good customer service skills
Reliable, self motivated and hard working
1.5t digger experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
Some experience in Driveways, Porcelain, Fencing, Decking, Brickwork, Turfing Patios and groundworks is essential
3 Years running a landscaping team or 5 years landscaping experience to a high standard

What will you be doing

Preparing sub base for all aspects of paving work.
Helping our team leaders lay all aspects of paving.
Turfing, timber-work, fencing, Artificial grass, Block paving, Porcelain, natural stone, and more.
Keeping our sites clean and tidy.
Using some machinery such as our digger and dumper.
Working under instruction to a timescale.
Helping build Bespoke gardens and driveways in and around Lincoln.
