Coventry University Group is seeking a Building Surveyor to deliver and manage high quality building maintenance, minor refurbishment works, repairs and projects across our campus estates.
You will report on condition issues, develop priority repair programmes, monitor contractual performance, ensure compliance with Building Regulations and work with in-house and contracted teams to minimise disruption to occupants.
