We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Assistant Site Manager in Dartford. This will be on a 300+ unit, RC Frame, residential project.

Our clientwhere they are looking for a strong assistant to help oversee the internals from 1st fix to handover. As Assistant Site Manager, you would mainly be overseeing the internal build process, however would be able to gain experience from externals to handover, on route to becoming a Site Manager. Our client has a strong pipeline of work across London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:

• Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
• Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of RC Frame apartments.
• Keep the project on time and in budget.
• Strong internals experience from 1st fix to handover.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager:

• Understand the whole build process.
• Worked on housing projects.
• Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
