Safeguarding Families Specialist — Substance Misuse

Waythrough is seeking an experienced Specialist Substance Misuse Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Families Together (SFT) model, working with Dorset Children's Services locality teams.

You will deliver interventions for parents, provide safeguarding consultation, and help coordinate rapid access to treatment within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework. This role supports child safety and family resilience.
