London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust in London is seeking a generic therapy assistant practitioner to support Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy within the Department of Medicine for Older People (DMOP). You will work under therapists to deliver assessments and treatments for frail patients and help coordinate discharge planning.
The post includes joint assessments, monthly supervision and annual appraisal, with access to training and a developing in-service programme.
