Compassionate Care Assistant — Elevate Everyday Living

Connaught Care Collection is seeking kind, thoughtful Care Assistants to join Waterhaven Place Care Home in West Sussex. You’ll help residents feel safe, respected and cherished, assisting with daily living tasks and supporting independence.

Shifts are morning and/or evening, around 4-6 hours per shift. No prior care experience is essential as full training is provided, and you’ll join a nurturing team dedicated to exceptional, person-centred care.
