Complex Care Assistant: Tracheostomy & Ventilator Support

Independent Community Care Management in Wellingborough is seeking a compassionate care professional to support a gentleman in his 60s with a spinal cord injury and a tracheostomy. You will prioritise his comfort, safety and daily living needs in his home, with a focus on enabling independence.

This role offers day shifts 8am–2pm, every other weekend, with flexibility in the week. No prior experience required, full training provided, and a DBS check paid for. Salary is £12.71 per hour.
