Phonics-Focused Learning Support Practitioner (LSP3)

Temple Meadow Primary School in Cradley Heath is seeking an experienced Learning Support Practitioner Level 3 (LSP3) to support children’s learning and development. You will work with teachers to provide tailored support, including for children with additional needs, and help deliver high-quality phonics using Little Wandle.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a child-centred and professional approach, and an ability to work within Early Years and KS1 settings.
