Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (Level 2 considered with demonstrable experience)
Paediatric First Aid Qualification

The Role & Responsibilities

Working as part of our dynamic nursery team, you will provide safe, high-quality education and care to children aged 3-4. Key duties include:

Key Person Duties: Act as a Key Person for a dedicated group of children, tracking their progress and meeting their individual needs.
Parent & Carer Engagement: Build strong, positive partnerships with families to support each child's learning journey.
Curriculum & Learning: Assist with planning creative EYFS curriculum activities and maintaining progress records.
Environment & Provision: Set up engaging daily playroom activities, maintain high health and safety standards, and administer basic first aid as required.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or Level 2 with a strong, recent track record in childcare).
Paediatric First Aid Qualification
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development.
Commitment to safeguarding, statutory compliance, and ongoing training.
