Derbyshire County Council’s Family Help team in the High Peak is seeking a Youth & Family Help Practitioner to deliver evidence-based parenting programmes and targeted interventions for children, young people and families. You will work alongside schools and partner agencies to strengthen parenting capacity and help prevent escalation of needs.
You will be supported by the Family Help Senior Practitioner and will contribute to safeguarding processes, maintaining records and contributing to Team
