About the role

We’re looking for a professional and passionateSpa Therapist to join our team.

You’ll deliver high-quality treatments and provide a welcoming, relaxing experience for our guests. You’ll take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high treatment standards and helping guests get the most from their spa experience.

Role highlights

• Maximum of three hours of massage treatments per day to support therapist wellbeing
• 5% commission on treatments performed
• 10% commission on retail products sold
• Ongoing opportunities to develop your treatment knowledge and skills

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional beauty and spa treatments
• Provide excellent guest service before, during and after treatments
• Maintain treatment rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests
• Follow hygiene, health and safety and treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate treatment and guest records
• Work collaboratively with the wider spa team

What we’re looking for

Essential

• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A professional and welcoming approach
• High standards of hygiene and attention to detail

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a spa or beauty environment
• Experience recommending or selling spa retail products
