Help People Live Independently and Achieve What Matters Most to Them
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Promoting Independence Team on a 24-hour per week basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking service committed to supporting adults to maximise their independence, build on their strengths, and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists and Social Care professionals to deliver person-centred interventions that promote wellbeing, prevent escalation of needs, and reduce reliance on long-term services wherever possible.

Working under the guidance of Occupational Therapists, you will complete assessments, identify and implement intervention plans, support equipment provision, and help individuals achieve meaningful goals that improve their quality of life and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting independence and making a positive difference to people's lives.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve.

Contribute to a positive team culture focused on improving outcomes for local people.
Support adults to maximise independence and live fulfilling lives within their communities.
Help shape a service committed to prevention, wellbeing, and strengths-based practice.
