Sales Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a busy, high-volume showroom operation with big ambitions to grow its luxury customer profile.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or Sales Manager from a fast-paced retail environment who knows how to drive sales, inspire large teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The opportunity

You'll be at the heart of a high-energy, volume-driven business, leading three direct reports and a wider team of approximately 30, working across varied shift patterns.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. You'll need to be comfortable making quick decisions, adapting to changing priorities, spotting commercial opportunities and keeping your team focused and motivated.

With exciting plans to elevate the luxury offering and customer experience, we're looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, commercial confidence and the ability to take people on that journey.
