About Job:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
• Must have experience in business development & sales experience.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
• You are responsible for working with the customer base through a strategic and consultative approach to win new business prospects.
• Must have experience finding and working with sales leads in a client-facing environment and meeting with new clients to gather requirements.
• Managing the full sales process strategically from lead through to closing new business opportunities.
• Must have experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of prospects.
  Must be able to generate interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and break into net new business in the assigned territory.
• Must be able to generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities. Nurture early-stage Salesforce opportunities.
• Must be able to manage inbound Sales leads that are driven by outbound effort.
• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistently meeting year-over-year quota attainment.
• You will work effectively with a Technical Engineer or Solution Architect and deliver high-value proposals and presentations.
• You will receive demo support from a Technical Engineer or Solution Architect.
• Work with the lead to convert into an opportunity. Identify key decision-makers within a new Salesforce lead or prospect.
• Must be able to partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
• Work with online collaboration activities and campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Help with creating YouTube and LinkedIn social media content that helps you win new business opportunities.
• You will collaborate with team use company website and Salesforce ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• You should understand the consultative sales process; a well-connected network would be helpful but not essential.
• Working with leads in a client-facing environment and meeting with new clients to gather requirements.
• You will have very good communication skills and outstanding listening skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development.
• Sales & account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
