Apprentice Service Advisor

Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover Stockton -Apprentice Service Advisor Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday We have a fantastic opportunity for you to kick start your career working with one of the most prestigious automotive brands. This apprenticeship combines off‑job training with on‑job learning, and you will be supported at every step of the way. Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.The Role:

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.

The Training: Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Apprentices receive their off‑job training at the state‑of‑the‑art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up‑to‑date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.Applicants must possess the following:

• GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
• Team player
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to operate well under pressure
