Sales Executive

This company provide IT, software and infrastructure solutions to UK Businesses and Public Sector and through growth they have created a new role for a commercially focused Sales Exec to work with their clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will work with B2B clients to understand their needs and assemble proposals for long term relationships. You will account manage clients, to cross-sell and provide them with additional products and services.

There is a huge opportunity to grow in the role and an attractive commission scheme to incentivise you to go the extra mile.

Attitude and Personality is more important here than years of experience, so Junior candidates are encouraged to apply!

What will you do?

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

About you...

• 1+ years' sales experience, from any industry, ideally B2B
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Natural relationship builder
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

OTE is £40-50K, basic salary will reflect experience.
