The pupils supported have a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional and mental health needs. • Adapt and differentiate planning to meet EHCP outcomes, developmental milestones, and sensory requirements
• Support pupils' holistic development-academic, social, emotional, and communication skills-during cover sessions
• Liaise closely with class teachers, the SENCO, learning support staff, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent and effective approach
• Feed back on pupil engagement and progress following each session

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
• Confidence planning and delivering lessons independently across a range of abilities and needs
• Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress

To be eligible you must:
