Audley Villages is recruiting for an Operations Manager (Hospitality/Restaurant) to lead the village hospitality team and ensure outstanding service for owners and guests. You will be the village face, hosting events and driving guest satisfaction across all dining and leisure facilities.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, P&L awareness, and the ability to maximise opportunities across our villages nationwide. A focus on compliance and developing staff is essential.
