Sofitel London-Heathrow is seeking an Assistant Head Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for guests.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve brand quality, manage staffing, and support budgets and policies while deputising for the Head Housekeeper as required. This is a hands-on leadership role at a five‑star property.
