The Botanist Newcastle are hiring a Head Chef

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the kitchen team
• Driving food quality, consistency and presentation standards
• Managing stock, ordering and food cost controls
• Supporting recruitment, training and development
• Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
• Creating a positive and high-performing kitchen culture
• Delivering exceptional food experiences for every guest

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is passionate about food, committed to developing people and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager is essential.
