Job Title: Head of Brand and Creative Services Rate: £242.64 per day (Umbrella) Contract Length: 4 months Location: Bath About the Role / Job Summary: A leading higher education institution in Bath is seeking a Head of Brand and Creative Services.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing the university's brand identity, ensuring that all creative outputs align with strategic goals.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a collaborative environment, driving impactful marketing and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the university's mission and vision.
Oversee the creative direction for all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
Lead a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective branding solutions.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in brand management and creative services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the higher education sector is an advantage.
Demonstrated success in managing branding projects from inception to completion.
