Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Figma and comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance design research, ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly interfaces and digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Use Figma to develop design systems, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct user-focused design iterations based on research, feedback, and usability insights.
Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
Use generative AI tools and workflows to support ideation, content creation, research, and design optimisation.
Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
Maintain consistency across products through reusable components and design guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

3–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
Strong proficiency in Figma , including prototyping, auto-layout, components, and design systems.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and UX methodologies.
Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Working knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Practical experience using generative AI tools within design workflows.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with usability testing and design research.
Knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Experience designing for financial services, enterprise, or highly regulated environments.
