We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Brand Producer to join our chart-topping team!

Location: Remote-first, ideally based in Bristol or nearby for regular content shoots with our founder. You’ll also need to travel to London a couple of times a month for shoots and meetings.

We’re looking for a Personal Brand Producer to build standout video content for our founder and clients.

You’ll own the process from strategy and scripting through to filming, editing, publishing, and analysing performance. We want someone who can capture a person’s expertise and personality, turn it into compelling content, and build an audience that translates into real business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of creative ownership. You’ll bring the ideas, make them happen, and use what you learn to make the next round better.

You’ll join a team whose work reaches hundreds of thousands — and often millions — of people, helping us bring that same ambition and quality to personal brand content.

In a typical week, you will:

• Develop personal brand content strategies that connect audience interests with clear business goals
• Get to know the person behind each brand, shaping content around their expertise, personality, tone, and point of view
• Stay close to relevant niches, trends, and conversations, spotting opportunities and bringing fresh ideas
• Write scripts, hooks, and talking points that sound natural and give people a reason to keep watching
• Plan and run efficient content shoots, capturing high-quality video with an iPhone and helping people deliver confidently on camera
• Film regularly with our founder in Bristol and travel to London a couple of times a month for shoots and meetings
• Edit polished, engaging videos with strong pacing, captions, framing, and visual detail
• Write post copy and adapt content for relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Own the content calendar, approvals, and publishing process, keeping everything moving from idea to live post
• Create content that builds trust and generates relevant enquiries and leads
• Review analytics and audience responses, identifying what works and adjusting the strategy accordingly
• Keep improving the ideas, filming, editing, and overall approach with every round of content

The ideal candidate

You might have produced content for a founder, expert, or creator, worked in social media, or built your own personal brand.

What matters most is that you can combine strategic thinking with excellent execution. You should be comfortable creating a brief, developing a plan, and delivering great content with minimal day-to-day supervision.

You don’t have to be...

the world's best video editor, or a specialist in every part of production. We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can shape a strategy, write a strong hook, shoot great iPhone content, edit it well, and get it published.

You might be stronger in some areas than others. What matters is that you have a good eye for quality, can own the whole process, and are motivated to keep improving. You’ll know when to work independently and when to draw on the expertise of the wider team.

• Can confidently edit engaging video, with attention to pacing, captions, colour, and visual detail
• Has strong creative judgement and a good eye for quality
• Is self-sufficient, organised, and able to manage the full process from strategy to publication
• Communicates clearly and proactively, making it easy for busy people to contribute
• Can read analytics, draw useful conclusions, and turn those insights into better content
• Actively seeks feedback, experiments with new approaches, and is driven to become excellent at their craft
• Has a reliable home editing setup and fast internet
