Planning and Development Consultancy
An independent consultancy with several offices in the South West. They work across a really varied portfolio including residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotels, leisure and regeneration schemes. It's a great opportunity to get involved in some interesting, complex projects with plenty of client exposure and opportunities for progression.
You must have a strong understanding of the UK planning system.
Experience managing smaller projects and contributing to larger ones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MRTPI Chartered or in the process of becoming Chartered.
