About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in London to support selected international brand-growth and China-market projects. The role is suited to professionals who can coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and approvals while maintaining a clear understanding of brand priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate selected international brand and China-market projects.
Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
Coordinate brand, strategy, product, market, content, and external-partner workstreams.
Track deliverables, approvals, risks, and key decisions.
Support communication with international brand teams.
Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.
Support category-development, localization, and controlled market-pilot initiatives.
Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed brand and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, program management, brand operations, client services, or related roles.
Experience in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
Strong organization and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
Experience working across international markets is valued.
