Regional Operations Manager – Multi-Site School Kitchens

Impact Food Group is expanding its school catering operations and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers across a portfolio of school sites. You will drive standards in food quality, service and operational performance while travelling between sites.

We require a hands-on, results-driven leader with strong communication skills, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence. Experience in multi-site school environments is essential.
