What we’re looking for

You’ll have a Level 3 qualification in an education or youth-related area, experience working with young people with SEND and EHCPs, and the ability to support a team and contribute to effective campus leadership.

You’ll also bring strong communication and organisational skills, an understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice, and a commitment to helping students achieve positive outcomes. A teaching qualification and experience in post-16 education or specialist provision are desirable.

If you’re passionate about inclusive education and ready to help shape a positive experience for students and staff, we’d love to hear from you.
