Site & Lab Operations Lead — Construction Materials Testing

Construction is seeking an Operations Supervisor/Manager for a construction materials testing business around Heathrow. This permanent role will manage a team of site and laboratory technicians across west London, plan workloads, ensure quality and paperwork, and handle day-to-day client contact.

There is hands-on testing; it is not a desk job. The role requires strong practical testing experience across asphalt, concrete and soils, and a proven track record in managing technicians.
