PubLove is a trio of proudly run pubs across London with a twist – we’ve got hostels upstairs. We’re all about creating vibrant, loved, local pubs, powered by passionate teams and a strong sense of community. Our hostels give us our edge – full of energy, international spirit and always a good story to tell..

About the role

As a PubLove GM, you’ll lead the show at one of our three unique sites. Each one is different, but all share the same beating heart – good beer, great food, buzzing atmosphere, and brilliant people..

• Running a profitable, guest-loved pub and hostel.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Driving food & drink sales and operational excellence.
• Keeping the hostel side of things running smoothly.
• Playing your part in the wider PubLove leadership team.

About you

• Solid experience managing a busy pub or hospitality venue.
• A natural leadership style – calm, confident, fair.
• Proven track record of managing large parties.
• A head for numbers and a heart for people.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Energy, organisation, and a sense of humour.

Hostel experience is a bonus – but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year.
