Future Prison Leaders Programme: Start as Officer

HM Prison and Probation Service is launching the Future Prison Leaders Programme in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. This three-year leadership pathway starts you as a prison officer and offers rapid progression toward a senior management role, with hands-on operational experience and mentoring from senior leaders.

You'll develop leadership skills, learn risk assessment and decision-making under pressure, and contribute to rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.
