Fixed Costs Team Leader: RTA Claims Coach

Minster Law is seeking a Team Leader (Fixed Costs) to provide supervision and technical guidance to a team operating in a fixed costs environment. The role handles predominantly RTA caseloads with values from £5k to £100k and focuses on delivering excellent customer outcomes within governance frameworks.

You will coach and develop team members, manage performance against KPIs, and work with the Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and growth across the department.
