Talent Acquisition Specialist

Central London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office

I’m looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a large, complex organisation and take ownership of recruitment across a broad range of roles.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys direct sourcing, building strong relationships with hiring managers and finding great people rather than simply managing vacancies.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across both specialist and volume roles
• Partnering with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively sourcing talent, particularly through LinkedIn and professional networks
• Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Driving a direct sourcing approach and reducing reliance on agencies
• Supporting employer brand and improving the overall candidate experience
• Using recruitment data and insight to continually improve how talent is attracted and hired

You’ll need solid in-house experience, within a large complex organisation within industries such as Utilities, Energy, Civil Engineering or Construction. You will have strong sourcing skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across a varied UK business.
