Residential Property Associate

The Role

You will join the Residential Property team based in the firm's North West London office, working alongside approximately four conveyancers and dedicated secretarial support, with further conveyancers based in another London office.

You will manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload with regular direct contact with clients, while benefiting from the experience and support of the wider Property team.

The work will include sales and purchases, mortgages and both freehold and leasehold transactions. The client base is varied, including property investors, first-time buyers and individuals buying and selling homes as they move through the property market. This provides a good spread of transactions rather than a narrowly focused conveyancing practice.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property, ideally 2 PQE+ but fairly flexible for the right person
• Comfortable independently managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Experience handling residential sales and purchases
• Good understanding of both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Experience dealing with mortgages and the wider conveyancing process
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
