Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Diabetes Specialist Nurse for young adults (16–25) to improve care and outcomes across North East London. The role supports transition to adult services and works with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, across all Barts Health sites.
The post is based at Mile End Hospital with a broad service across Whipps Cross, Newham University, Royal London and St Barts Hospitals, backed by a senior clinical team and a dedicated social/psychosocial support structure.
